BLANQI Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on BLANQI.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and/or hangtags attached.
  • Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable.

Ordered the wrong size?

We are happy to help. You will need to place a new order- only sizes available online are guaranteed. Please email customercare@BLANQI.com with your new order number so we can credit you for the shipping and any applicable discounts. Return your original order using the BLANQI Return link.

Once your returned item is received, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. All shipping charges and sales tax are non-refundable. Please note it can sometimes take up to 10 additional business days for your refund to post to your account.

We pride ourselves on the highest quality goods and want you to be entirely pleased with your purchase. If we sent something that appears defective or damaged, please contact our customer care team at customercare@blanqi.com for assistance. Please include your order number and photo of defect so we can determine if you received a product not consistent with our quality control manufacturing standards.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

We have an easy + free online return process that you can initiate through this link – BLANQI Returns

You will input the email address that you placed your order with and follow the instructions from there. You will be provided with a prepaid return label to print and then you can ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of your items, we will issue your refund so long as your items meet the requirements for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Please reach out to place of purchase for their return policy. Please note, we cannot accept returns on items that appear to be worn, stretched out or tried on. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on BLANQI.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and/or hangtags attached.

You must email our team at customercare@blanqi.com for a return authorization and ship the items back at your expense.

  • SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES and TAXES, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
  • Contact your local customs office for information on refund of returned merchandise.
  • Exchanges are not offered with international shipments.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Thank you for understanding.
